Location was amazing and particularly good, very close to the downtown. Very helpful staff, made our stay just perfect.

It's a good home base for short stay while in Lucerne. Has very comfy beds, everything clean. Good to have a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom...

The setting was magnificent. Also, it was based near the Lake;)))

The pillows provided in the rooms may not be as comfortable as desired.

Great value for money! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and coffee making facilities. The location was perfect, close to attractions and public transport. The hosts, Christian and Patricia, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could benefit from the addition of a microwave.

The location is perfect, close to the city center and right next to the lake and all the tourist attractions.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and main attractions. the apartment was well-equipped and had a comfortable bed. the place was clean and nicely decorated, making it a pleasant place to stay.

The kitchen was missing a few basic items, like a chopping board and salt & pepper, which would have been nice to have. the hot water in the shower was limited, and we were told not to take long showers.

I booked the lovely property next to Hofkirche for my solo trip to Luzern and it was amazing. the location was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently connected to the city center by tram or a short walk along the promenade to the train station. the hosts were friendly, and the key collection process was simple. the property had everything I needed, from kitchen supplies to a fan for the summer heat. It was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. I would love to come back here again and highly recommend Appartements Hofquartier. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.

This apartment is absolutely mind-blowing, from its spaciousness to its excellent communication. The manager, Patricia, is super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even arranging entrance passes to a museum after office hours. The location is jaw-droppingly perfect, just a short walk to the train station and the old town, nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by trees. The staff, especially Christian, are incredibly kind and responsive. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from wi-fi to kitchen utensils. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is impeccably clean. this place is a true gem and we cannot wait to stay here again!

This place is relatively clean and conveniently located near bus stops and the Lion monument, Paramount and Glacier Park, with a seamless check-in process, and a wonderful and tranquil setting just a 15-minute walk away from Loft.

We had a fantastic stay at Hofquartier. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Old Town and the lakeside promenade. the apartment itself was cozy and exceptionally clean, with a kitchenette that allowed us to prepare our own meals. the hosts, Patricia and Christian, were welcoming and helpful, answering our questions quickly and providing suggestions for nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the tall French windows in the apartment, which provided fresh air and a lovely view. we highly recommend Hofquartier for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lucerne. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.
